To backup files for a particular site:

Login to the Easy Hosting Control website. Learn How.
Click the File Manager icon.
Click the folder containing the site you wish to backup.
Check the box next to the wwwroot folder.
Click the Zip icon in the File Manager toolbar.
Enter a name for the Zip Archive and click the Zip button.
If desired, download the newly created Zip Archive file to your local computer.
