Password Complexity Requirements

When creating user accounts (ftp, email, database) in Website Panel, the following complexity requirements must be met:

• Cannot contain the user's account name or more than two consecutive characters contained within the name
• Be at least eight characters in length but not more than thirty characters
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories:
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %, @)
