General FTP Information

To connect to your FTP site use the information below. FTP users are created and managed by your account holder in the Control Panel. (Learn how to create FTP Accounts)

You can use any FTP Client software to connect to your FTP site. A few are listed below but none are officially endorsed by i7MEDIA.

Server Address:	your server address (How do I find this?) or domain name
Server Port:	21
Transfer Mode:	Passive
Encryption Mode:	FTP over Explicit SSL or FTP/SSL (Auth SSL) or FTPS (Explicit)
Username:	i7MEDIAAccountID_IndividualName (AcmeCorp_Joe).
Password:	Password set in the Control Panel.
