New Support and Billing System

I am very pleased to announce that i7MEDIA is now using WHMCS as it's support and billing platform. This platform allows us to better serve you, our customer. You will find a growing Knowledgebase system along with access to your support ticket history and billing information.

To access the new system, browse to http://www.i7media.net/clients. You will have to request a password reminder the first time you login.

Take a look around and let us know what you think. You can create a support ticket using the website or you can simply send an email to support@i7media.net
