How To: Change Quarantine Summary Frequency

Email Quarantine Summaries are emailed to users if they have email being held in the quarantine by the filter. The Summary Email can be sent on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly basis; depending on the users settings within the filter. The default setting is Daily.

To adjust the frequency of the Quarantine Summary, do the following:

  1. Browse to https://filter.i7mail.net
  2. Login with your email address and email password
  3. Select the Settings link at the top of the page
  4. Under Summary Frequency, select No Summary
  5. Click Submit
