Why has my subscription been cancelled?


You may receive an email stating that your subscription has been cancelled or that your subscription payment could not be processed. i7MEDIA does not process automatic payment but PayPal does allow users to setup a subscription which will automatically send money to another PayPal user. i7MEDIA has no control over this process so if you receive an email stating that your subscription to an i7MEDIA service has been cancelled, check the email carefully to determine from where it came. If the "From" adddress is indeed an i7MEDIA address, please contact our Billing Department to get the matter straightened out. In all likelyhood, the email will not have come from i7MEDIA, but rather PayPal, and there is nothing we can do with it or about it.
